Sales Client Account Manager

Job Details

Contract: Part or full time – maybe a job-share between 2 people.

Salary: Salary (negotiable) plus with unlimited commission.

Based: Port Talbot.

We are and audio visual company, which operates within the museum, heritage and retail sector. We have the need for an office based, Internal Sales person. The position requires the development of relationships with new business (50%) and existing customers (50%).

The successful candidate MUST have the following attributes:

  1. EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE OF PROACTIVE SALES CALLS.
  2. Excellent telephone sales skills with both new and existing contacts.
  3. Be able to work on the phone in a busy office environment in close proximity to other staff
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Provide Innovative ideas of how to achieve broad ranging company objectives.
  6. Ability to work in a team and unsupervised.
  7. Ability to understand customer requirements, produce quotations, and close sales.
  8. Be computer literate with standard packages e.g word, excel etc.
  9. A keen interest in TECHNOLOGY AND AV is preferred.

Experience of telephone-based sales is essential. Experience of AV is preferred but not essential, as significant training will be provided on our product range AND the role is supported by our other knowledgeable staff members. Above all an enthusiastic approach and strong work ethic will ensure a competitive basic salary is complemented with significant commission for excellent results.
